Head T.I. Demon Racquetball Racquet
By k0b3x onI play racquetball occassionally at my school's gym and these are the racquets that the gym provides if you wish to borrow them. The Head T.I. Demon Racquet sports a blue and silver look and it is an average size for a typical racquetball racquet. It is relatively light and I believe that it is meant for beginner to intermediate players.
Playing with the racquet I can tell you that hitting the ball is effortless. It provides a good thump when you smack the ball and the power is very good. Because it is light, younger players and females as well will have little trouble using it.
The downside I can see with this racquet is that it feels kind of "cheap." I can't really explain it but maybe it is due to the light feel but you can definitely tell that the gym stocked up on these because they were inexpensive. I have played with other gym provided racquets and this is however much better than those in terms of performance. So if you want a very light and inexpensive beginner racquet, you should check this one out.

Sounds like a good product that does the job it was designed to do.
I am an avid tennis player but never really ventured into the racquetball realm. Although I will keep this racquet in mind if I ever decide to. Also I think it's great your gym provides these! :o)
I have not played raquetball in about 12 years but I seem to remember liking a raquet that was a little heavier than light weight worked best for me.
Racquetball is one tough competitive sport. I imagine the lighter weight is truly excellent for younger less experienced players. Maybe bcause you basically are used to a heftier racquet to help slam that ball hard, this feels cheap. It makes sense if you think about it.
That's great that hitting the ball is effortless with this racquet-something that I would need & love since I don't play!!
I don't think I have ever played racquetball. Its good that this is something a beginner could get a lot of use from. Great information about this product!
