Have you ever had such a bad headache it made you want to lay down, but not quite bad enough to take the prescription stuff that MAKES you lay down? Today I did, so I took two of these, within 30 minutes my headache was easing up, within an hour it was gone!
Now with some of my prescription medications I have to be careful what I take over the counter so there is no drug interactions.
This Equate brand is just as effective as Excedrin Migraine at about 1/2 of the cost. I have found that most Equate brands, which is exclusive to Wal-Mart and Sam's, is just as effective as any name brands.
This product does contain aspirin, so keep that in mind if you have any allergies.
These tablets are coated, making it easier to swallow, but with anything like this you do not want to take it on an empty stomach, at the very least drink milk to avoid stomach upset.
Also a lot of times they sell their Equate brand medications in a buy one get one free format allowing you even more savings, so why not pick some up? It is great to keep in your medicine cabinets.
I forgot to mention that this paticular bottle contained 100 tablets, and I did get them buy one, get one free. ;)
