I have been doing much personal research on alternative healthcare remedies, primarily because I want to learn about natural ways to improve the health of my household. I had heard about Dr. Julian Whitaker for several years and decided to subscribe to his Health and Healing newsletter a few months ago. As a paid subscribed member, I receive a snail-mail newsletter every month that focuses on specific health issues, provides research and lists herbs supplements and treatments to help deal with them. I also get information on where to find hard-to-find products and have access to a special area on his website that has loads of additional information, as well as an archive of back issues of Health and Healing. I have found all the info I've gotten very useful, but I think the subscription price is much steeper than it ought to be, especially when you also receive flyers, along with each newsletter mailing, that promote his own line of natural healthcare products. The information I get from Health and Healing is excellent, but the membership amount definitely needs to be reduced, in my opinion.
