My mother in law is an agent of E. Excel and as such, they are believers of the products, so I was introduced to them. One very good and unique product that I find in E. Excel is Nutrifresh.

Nutrifresh is a healt drink, but I consider it a complete drink. It is made of healthy plant foods and is low in cholesterol and fat, but high in phytochemical, antioxidants and soy protein. It is supposed to be taken daily in order to boost the immune system, but since it is quite pricey, we take it only when we feel like we are getting sick, especially if we don't have the appetite.

It smells so good and tastes very delicious, so one would not think that he is drinking healthy food (I know, sometimes healthy food doesn't taste so good).

I also find that taking it while ill makes the body recover faster and it gives the body energy to fight off infections. I really like this product. Too bad it is quite expensive for everyday use.

But currently, I use it with my baby's food, like about a teaspoon per meal for my baby's immune system. Highly recommended.

It comes in different flavors but I still like the original flavor.
