I do not use a lot of products on my face mainly because the smell bothers me and causes headaches. This is one of the reasons I love Neutrogena Healthy Defense daily moisturizer.

In the winter, my skin gets horribly dry from both the cold and the heat in the house so I desperately need to use something daily. In the summer, it's not as bad unless I spend a lot of time outside in the sun. Besides smells bothering me, I also do not like it when products leave behind any type of greasy or wet feeling on my skin. After trying a free sample of Neutrogena Healthy Defense I was hooked.

The fomula I have been using is untinted, has almost no scent and has an SPF of 30 for added protection. Since it's important to use a sunscreen on your face and I have not found one I like, Healthy Defense is perfect. A very small amount of it goes a long way. It rubs in quickly and leaves no greasy feeling behind. It contains vitamin E and Pro-vitamin B5 to nourish my skin. It's hypoallergenic and I have not had any breakouts from it clogging my pores.

When I use it around my eyes and my mouth area, it moisturizes my skin and fine lines become less noticeable. I do not wear a lot of makeup but when I do and have used the Healthy Defense first, my makeup glides on and does not stick or clump from the damp sticky feeling some moisturizers leave behind. It leaves my skin feeling very soft and smooth and lasts all day.

It costs a little much but for the protection it gives and the fact that I finally have a product that works and the smell does not bother me, it's priceless.
