Heartburn doesn't go away with this product.
By Dawn69 onWhen I was younger my mom used to think very highly of Mylanta ant acid tablets. However, after several years they have changed. Mylanta now puts out cool mint flavored chewable tablets. These tablets are about the size of a nickle.
When I chewed my first tablet it did not seem bad. However, after I swallowed the last little bit I got this very strong chalky flavor that seemed to stay with me for some time. I also found that these tablets did not relieve any of my heartburn.
The direction are to take 2-4 before meals and at bed time. You are not to take more than ten tablets a day unless directed by a doctor.
They list on the bottle that this is a Johnson and Johnson product and they give you a phone number to call if you have problems or question about this product.1-800-469-5268.
I am sorry but I cannot recommend this product to my family or friends because it did not work for me and the after taste is terrible.
