I had an accident some years ago that necessitated my getting a walker.

I needed a heavy duty walker and selected model# N200555 by Drive Medical Design and Manufacturing.

The walker is very solid but also light enough for me to easily handle it on my own.

There are buttons on both the front and back legs allowing for height adjustments of 8 levels! This allows almost anyone to find the perfect height for them. Also, I prefer for the back of my walker to be higher than the front, as a slight angled tilt is more comfortable for my use. With the multi-adjustments I am able to do this. The tilt does not compromise the stability or safety of the walker.

The walker has two side bars that easily fold out for use and in for storage and portability. There is an easy push lever on the highest front bar that must be pushed to collapse the sides (you can see this in the photo above). The levers are out of the way so that they cannot be pressed accidentally, but easily accessed when needed. There is a maroon colored rubberized cover over the levers for comfortable use and easy location.

There are rubberized hand grips on either side of the walker. While the hand grips do feel comfortable to hold and prevent any hand slipping, they are hard grips and do little to alleviate any stress of repetitive or frequent use.

I have not had any failure of any kind with this product.

As this is a heavy duty walker, it can accommodate individuals up to 500 pounds.

There is a limited lifetime warranty on the structure of this device.

Being able to get around is so important to rehab. Glad this worked so well for you.

My mom is in rehab right now with a broken right foot, and a broken left leg, so I know how important a good walker can be. Glad this one suits you so well.
