Heel Tastic is Fantastic!

You may have seen the infomercial on this product and wondered if it really works.It does.I am not usually one to buy things that I see on infomercials because they rarely are as spectacular as they appear.I ran accross this one day in the As Seen On TV section in Target and decided to give it a try.My husband has been suffering from dry cracked feet for years and I've also been trying to find a product to work on my dry heels.
We both noticed a difference after just a few days using the product.I applied the product just before bed and then put on socks to keep it in place.It also works very well after you've used a ped-egg or similar product.Within a week, most of the cracks and rough spots on my heels were very smooth and looked so much better.I am no longer worried about how my heels look in sandals.My husband is also very pleased with this product on his feet.We are now each on our second stick.
One of the best features is that it comes in a stick and you roll it on your feet.No mess and no greasy lotion to wash off your hands and out of your rings.The active ingredient is Dimethicone and the product does have a medicine-like smell to it.I've also used it on my elbows and knees on dry spots.The commercial makes a lot of big claims and from what I've experienced, it really is as good as it sounds.
I've seen this in the store many times and wondered if it works. In the winter my feet get so bad it's not even funny and nothing I have tried so far works all that great so I will have to give this a try.
I like the fact that it comes in stick form. I've never seen a commercial for it (thanks to tivo) and have never noticed it in the store. I'm going to check this out at Target, thanks for your input!

Nice review. I have never seen this info commercial. How long does a stick last for one person or two people if used daily? Do you have to continue to use it and for how long or perhaps indefinitely? I will wait for it to hit the drug stores to save the shipping <g> My heels are atrocious! I can really use this!
