When my mother in-law was moving the other month we went through several boxes of Hefty Ultra Flex Trash Bags. I have seen these trash bags in the store before but I have not purchased them because they are much more expensive then the trash bags I regular buy. We used the Hefty Ultra Flex trash bags to pack several different things. Some of those items where clothes, towels, blankets, books, tools, toys, pots and pans, boxes and cans of food. Of course we also used the trash bags to put garbage in. We were able to fill most of the bags full. When we pulled the drawstring and picked up the trash bags everything stayed in. Some of the items had pointy edges but they never tore through the trash bags. These bags are very strong and sturdy. In the future when I need to throw heavy items away I will be purchasing the Hefty Ultra Flex Trash Bags.
