Hell's Angels By WreathofBarbs on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Hell's Angels is a novel by the late Hunter S. Thompson (of Fear & Loathing In Los Vegas fame). Hell's Angels is a true account of the year Dr. Thompson spent with the notorious rebel biker gang. A breakthrough novel and one of Thompson's first forays into writing, I found to be thrilling and extremely tinformative. I would highly recommend that Those interested in the history of the infamous bikers, fans of Dr. Gonzo's, or those simply fascinated with American rebel culture in the 60s and 70s would be advised to crack the cover of this well-written adventure through the seedy unbelly of American's heartland. This book will have you screaming down the highways on two wheels wondering where the ravaging barbarian hordes will end up next. A great read.
