For all of us that are on a diet or have been on a diet. This supplement is great. Snack Defense is exactly what it says it is. You take this to keep your hunger under control all day. And it also helps with maintaining blood sugar levels. I have been taking these for about a year now and I don't take them everyday I only take them when I feel like I am really hungry and it does work.

It comes with 60 tablets and you are suppose to take two tablet a day. But, like I said I don't always take them every day. So, the bottle takes me a little bit to go through but every body is different. The other benefit to this supplement is it helps with carbohydrate absorption.

This is a great product to go with any diet to help control those hungry moments. So, I do recommend it.
