HERBALIFE XTRA-CAL

By now you can proably tell by my profile I am all about natural supplements as apposed to perscriptons.Since, I am such a fan of herbalife products this was a no brainer for me.Xtra-cal is a great calcium supplement.I feel better about taking this because I know that it is all natural.And that is the main key for me.
It contains Vitamin D which we all know is good for bones and magnesium and herbs for better calcium aborption.There is 90 tablets per bottle and you are to take 3 tablets a day with meals.So, I normally have to purchase about every month in a half.The cost really doesn't come into play because if you think about it you would probably spend about the same on over the counter calcium.
If you want a calcium supplement that is all natural this is a great product.
