Here Kitty, Kitty...Come Get Your Iams!! By Sarahlovesmickey on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

After losing our beloved Boo cat almost 2 years ago, we finally took the plunge this past summer (June 2007) and rescued a little gray kitten from a hostile environment. When going to the pet shop to buy food for her, I figured I would give IAMS a try. She was very malnurished and IAMS has a good reputation for it's nourishing pet foods. I picked out the kind for kittens. Our cat immediately took to it...she did not hesitate one second to eat it. At first I thought it was because she was just so hungry that she wasn't picky at all. She went through the small bag rather quickly. At the grocery store, they didn't have IAMS so I bought some other brand. Brought it home and she would not even try it after smelling it. So, back to the store I go! Bought the IAMS kitten food again. She loves the taste of it! I have noticed that her fur is very shiny and healthy and I believe it is because of the IAMS. She has vomitted only once and that was when we first brought her home. I love that IAMS is not like other foods where it can make cats sick. The IAMS is very nourishing, as can be seen by our kitty's growing waistline! IAMS can be a little more expensive than other cat foods, but is worth the price.

Cats can be such fuss-budgets! Glad your kitty made it.
