Hershey's All Natural Extra Dark: Pure Dark Chocolate- is made of 60% cacao. When I saw this I thought dark chocolate is good for you because it's full of antioxidants not to mention I was craving chocolate due to that special time of the month. :) Now I like dark chocolate/semisweet chocolate but I have to say this was to dark even for me!
This bar of chocolate was 3.52 oz. Each square, about 1 square inch or a little more, has 65 calories and is about 65 % fat. Three squares make up a serving. I don't believe that is sounding so healthy after all.
The flavor is not that sweet. It's a little bitter. It reminded me of something you would use in baking. Over all, I would say it was okay but nothing I would crave often. I think my limit is semi-sweet chocolate. They also are now making this with nuts or fruit in it. I have only tried the plain Pure Dark Chocolate.
Allergy wise, this is made with the same machines that make peanut/tree nut products.

You're right-this does have more of a bitter taste-like baking chocolate-I like to nibble on this to satisfy my chocolate craving!
