I admit, I'm a chocoholic, with milk chocolate being my favorite. I hadn't had chocolate for a little while and actually felt like I needed some for a treat. I know that dark chocolate is supposed to be more healthy for you, and the last time I was in Walmart, I picked up a Hershey's Special Dark Mildly Sweet Chocolate Bar in the 4.25 oz size.

The bar is divided into blocks, and five blocks contain 180 calories, 12 grams of total fat, no trans fat, less than 5 mg of cholesterol, 15 mg of sodium, 23 grams of total carbohydrate, and 19 grams of sugars. I enjoyed this bar, as I do practically everything made by the Hershey company. It was tasty, and the dark chocolate had a good flavor. It states on the package that this bar is a natural source of flavanol antioxidants.

I will definitely be purchasing this bar again, though I still prefer the taste of milk chocolate. As far as I am concerned, Hershey's Chocolate is some of the best tasting chocolate on the market, and I feel that you cannot go wrong when you treat yourself to something made by the Hershey company.

If you are a fan of dark chocolate, you should try the Special Dark Mildly Sweet Chocolate Bar. It is definitely a nice treat.
