High Rise Booster Car Seat By uaezarb on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I purchased this Cosco High Rise Booster Car Seat for my grandson that is turning four. The seat is recommended for ages four to ten or 30 - 100 lbs. I love the portability of this seat. It is so easy to take in and out of the car and can easily be stored in the trunk if I don't have him in the car. He loves the pop open cup holder and it is useful to me because my back seat does not have a cup holder, so I would probably have spills if it wasn't for the cup holder on the seat. The seat and arm rests are padded, so it is comfortable for him to sit in. The seat cover and arm rests are also removable for easy cleaning and the seat itself is easy to clean plastic. I think the price of $14.99 is a very good price for the quality of seat you get.

I have one of these and it is so convenient to use and easy to switch to a different car. Plus the weight limit is lower than other seats in this class

Kids are far safer in a 5 point harness than a booster seat. Please keep your kids harnessed until at least 40lbs, preferably more. There are seats available that harness to 65lbs in Canada and 80lbs in the US. If you need more convincing, or proof that it's safer, search you tube for 3 year olds in booster seats. Its chilling...
