Hitachi Plasma TV Nice if You Can Afford It
By pamarama onI was lucky enough to get to watch a couple of shows on a Hitachi UltraVision recently. This plasma TV is huge, and expensive, costing more than $2,000. The high definition picture quality is exceptional, though, and certainly worth it if you are in the market for a high end TV. The sound quality was aslo quite good on this plasma TV. This plasma TV comes with a remote that you can use without reading the manual. The TV's menu wasn't quite as easy to use as the remote, and it was not very intuitive. I only to got use this TV for a couple of hours, so I don't know how it will hold up over time. I do know that the owners have been quite happy with it and have had no major issues. Also consider that you wlll need to buy a special stand if you buy this plasma TV. I think the best way to pick a plasma TV is to actually try out different models for yourself in a store that has a wide selection.

So much new information we will need for these types of sets! Thanks.
I think it's best to try this televisions out first before you buy one. It's such a large investment.
Thanks for that beautiful info about plasma TV, hope the price will come down a bit to be more affordable to me.
I think my husband would love something like this for Father's Day!!!! I totally agree too about trying out the tv before purchasing it!
I simply will not pay $2000 for a TV. Froggy loves bargains. At $2,000 I would expect the darn thing to wash and iron for me and serve me a nice stem of champagne:)
Too pricey ..but it is still in my wish list..hope Santa bring me one this Christmas. Thanks for sharing.
Pricey! But, if you can afford it, sounds like a nice TV to have.
