Hitachi sata hard disk experience
By a_m_i_t_t_a_l onWhen i was buying my desktop i was offered to choose a hard drive from some on the table. I choose the hitachi harddisk. Hitachi is today at a lead in manufacturing hard drives. The hard disk i bought was of capacity 80b and had a rotation speed of 7200rpm, same as others. I found the hard disk to be very useful since my purchase. The first thing that i observed was during the installation of windows XP. As per my previous experience of installing windows on other sata hard drives i felt that the installation would requre sata drivers floppy, but it was not so, indicating that microsoft has included the sata drivers of hitachi hard disk in the installation. The second great thing was when i shared a few movies on the LAN. The system speed was not affected so much as used to happen withother hard disks inspite of more than 4 users picking up the movies from my PC on the LAN.
