Hmm They Work After All! By cemomster on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

I was skeptical about a vitamin helping you lose weight. Really skeptical. But I did not need my prenatals anymore and decided what the heck. I needed a daily vitamin, so why not try it out? Well when I remember to take them on a daily basis (I have a problem remembering any meds!) I started to notice more energy. Not a ton more, but enough to notice with my busy schedule.

When I take them consistently and am trying to lose weight, I notice it helps that also. When I do not take them I may lose 1 lb a week, with the vitamins it was 2-3 lbs. Not a bad product if you want a little boost in the weight loss department and the energy department, and a great vitamin too!

I also need all the help that I can get so maybe I need some of these. Energy is lacking so anything that will help with that is a plus.
