Hmm they work after all!

I was skeptical about a vitamin helping you lose weight.Really skeptical.But I did not need my prenatals anymore and decided what the heck.I needed a daily vitamin, so why not try it out?Well when I remember to take them on a daily basis (I have a problem remembering any meds!) I started tonotice more energy.Not a ton more, but enough to notice with my busy schedule.

When I take them consistently and am trying to lose weight, I notice it helps that also.When I do not take them I may lose 1 lb a week, with the vitamins it was 2-3 lbs.Not a bad product if you want a little boost in the weight loss department and the energy department, and a great vitamin too!
