The Hoffritz Stainless Steel Vegetable Peeler is a little workhorse! It peels vegetables and fruits in record time, as it has a wide blade which will peel a large section at one time. The handle is nice and thick, comfortable to hold, and it won't slip out of your hand as you are peeling away. I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome, so it's important for me that a tool I use a lot is comfortable to hold. This people would also be good for people with arthritis. The blade is made of stainless steel and is double sided, too, so you can use either or both sides. Cleanup is easy, as the peeler is dishwasher safe and also stain and rust resistant. There is a limited lifetime warranty on this product, too. This is the only peeler I will ever consider using!
