Holden Commodore Vs 1997 Model By Blakus on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

The Holden Vs Commodore 1997 executive model is a great first car for any teenager or young adult. Due to the age, the price is very affordable for someone that earns a very minimal wage and wants a fast, good looking automobile. The price for this sort of car can vary from $3000 to $6000 depending on how many kilometres it has done and obviously the condition the engine and body is in. For a good performing car under 200k kilometres you are looking to pay $5500 at the least, but the Holden engines are very reliable and will last for a lot longer than 300k kilometres, so unless you are continuously travelling long distances, a good looking car with good performance of this range will cost you around $4000. The downside for this car is the petrol consumption, it uses about 13-14 litres per 100kms but that is something you need to sacrifice if you want a cheap good looking car with a massive 3.8 litre V6. 4.1/10.
