Holds The Important Stuff By loveonce1 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I use these for everything. It all started when I moved 6 years ago and didn't want to waste my money on cardboard boxes when I could just get something that was re-usable. I started off with around 10 and I would pack them up and then move it to the new house, un pack them and then head back and fill them up again. I have began to rely on them for permanent storage now. I have all different colors and they are full of special mementos and I also store all my holiday decorations in them. The lid locks in and I ahve never had anything crushed or broken in them.

They are made of a strong durable plastic and come in many different colors. I have no rhyme or reason to my collection, just whatever I happened to grab. The lids snap in place on each side and stay that way. They come in all different sizes, but I have realized I always go for the 10 gallon ones. They fit perfect in my attic. Another great feature is that if they aren't overfilled they stack wonderfully. I learned that when I was moving. It saved a lot of space.

I use these for almost anything you can think of. I keep one in my kitchen for the dog food because I like it to sit on top of my dogs cage. All around it's worth the money and if they happen to get wet, they don't break away like a cardboard box would.

I love them too. I use them for a lot of things - even clothes that I swear I'm going to get back into one day. They work well for arts and crafts supplies and Christmas decorations. I just put a big label on it and write on with magic marker what is in them. If I reuse one, it is simple as putting another label on top of the old one. That way, I can see in the attic what is in each one. I love the way they stack.

That's a great idea to put your dog food in these!
