Holiday Inn Express BIG Dissapointment

Ugh! That about sums it up! We stayed here one night only and we could not leave quick enough! When we checked in it was about $100.00 tax and all for two queen beds. We were told we would be in the " new section", now I do not know what they consider new but the halls smelled of smoke, the elevator was small and smelled of some type of chemical. They lady at the desk was a true sweetheart but that was the only good point to this hotel. The rooms were small, the beds were lumpy, the decor was 1980ish, everything was outdated. We were woke up several times through out the night because of people running up and down the interior hall, screaming and whatnot. There was some world series video game convention and the people were totally out of control, rude and very disrespectful. For $100.00 I expected better than what we got. If I had not been in such late meetings and had my children with me we would of left to find another hotel. They get a thumbs down from us and we will never go back to this hotel!
