I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in State College Pennsylvania for nearly two weeks on a business trip.

This is a very nice hotel. Probably one of the nicest my company has put me in. The reason they chose this one is because the training seminar/class that I was taking was being held right in this hotel's meeting/business center. The business center is a very nice facility. Right outside of the business center is a computer with Internet access for all hotel guests.

My room was quiet and kept clean the entire trip. The housekeepers and other staff were always very pleasant when I saw them in the hall or at the front desk. A nice feature I liked about this hotel is that the window in my room was able to be opened, most hotel windows do not. This was nice to be able to have it open in the evening and have a nice cool breeze coming in while I was busy studying my material.

The free hot breakfast was always very good. There is not a pool at this hotel, which was surprising since it was such a nice place. I was able to enjoy the pools at the two neighboring hotels owned by the same company though. This hotel and the other 2 hotels and 2 restaurants were all together in a nice business-like complex, and away from everything else. A very nice and comfortable setting.

I would recommend this to anyone traveling to central PA on business or pleasure.
