My 3ft aquarium was looking tired, and my fish were growing at a rapid speed (Especially my pleccy sucker fish) i needed a bigger aquarium with a decent size cabinet. I had already seen a lovely tank called Fluval duo with cabinet included on line, but it cost over 400.00. I decided to try E Bay, to see if i could get one any cheaper. I saw the Fluval Deep Duo 1000 advertised for just 150.00 at Buy It Now. It was nearly new and the gentleman wanted to get rid of it, because it was too big. I couldn't believe my luck - he lived about a mile from me, and he even delivered it to my house at no extra cost. The Fluval Deep Duo has 2 lighting tubes stationed in the canopy lid, and you can choose to have a flourescent bulb - to bring out the natural colours of your fish. The double beech cabinet came with it, and fits all your aquarium accessories in. The only item i had to buy for this tank was a Fluval 4 filter, which worked out around 39.99. My pleccy loves it and as you can see from my photos he's grown rapidly.
