Homedics - Contour Pillow
By billtkatt onI bet your thinking.... pain reliever? This is a pillow and why is it here? Well having back and neck pain for a very long time from heavy labor work. I tried medicines, therapy, and everything else i could think of. Those would work for some time... but it would always come back.
I decided to try this pillow to see if it would actually work.... and it did! You have many different ways to try it... either the big side under your neck or the small. You can also flip it over if your a "belly sleeper" and that should work for you.
I tend to sleep on my back, so the extra support under my neck and head have worked wonders. I have used this for about a year, and have noticed a huge difference with my back and neck. The price may scare you a little bit for a pillow, but i think it's worth every penny!

Contour pillows are terrific. They offer great support and yet they are comfortable. Now you want to put a pillowcase on your contour pillow or flat memory foam pillow that will do for your hair and skin what the contour pillow will do for your spine and neck. I found a site that is a match made in heaven between contour pillows and satin pillowcases. This company, A Touch Of Satin, makes satin pillowcases to fit contour pillows. They have a page on their website that talks about the benefits of sleeping on satin and how much better satin is for your hair and skin. It lets your hair glide across it where cotton will catch your hair causing split-ends and frizzes. Cotton also pulls the moisture right out of your hair causing it to dry out and weaken. You might want to read what they have to say. Their website is http://www.atouchofsatin.com I think you’ll find it very interesting.
