Homedics Heat Spinning Foot Massager By Georgia Sawhook on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I was looking to try and buy a foot massager that would stimulate and help the circulation in my feet. I have neuropathy (nerve damage) in my feet from diabetes and in all honesty, I can't find anyone in my family who is willing or able to give me a good old foot massage. (they joke about it all the time).. :)
Anyway, I tried the Homedics Spinning Foot massager with heat because I thought it might fit the bill.
I has spinners in the middle which you can choose to have off or on at lo and hi speeds, and heat that be off or on and massage that can be off or on at hi and lo. The spinners are hard to get used to at first because they tickle. You have to apply more pressure in order for that feeling to stop. But then I found if I put more pressure on it the spinners would slow down or stop. The heat wasn't as hot as I would have liked it and the massage levels basically just shake your feet around. I'm looking for a little more, so I guess I will just keep shopping (or go to mall stores that specialize in these and just sit and relax a bit).
Homedics FP-1000

After a long day at work how comforting this would feel on my feet.
I wonder if this would be good for my husband. He has bad circulation and nerve damage due to diabetes also.
