Homemade Cards with no Effort!

I love being crafty and giving unique cards for birthdays, congratulations, thank-you's and anything else.Hand making cards for each individual person on my birthday list alone would take me all year, not to mention adding in more cards for congratulations, thanks or even sympathy.
This awesome assortment of cards at Costco of 40+ cards includes Birthday, Thank-You, Friendship/Blank, Wedding/Love, New Baby, Get Well, Sympathy and Gift Enclosures.Each card is individually stored in a clear plastic wrapper to protect the card, and all cards have some element of 3-d (beads, raised paper, moving eyes, buttons, raised letters, etc.).Every envelope is custom matched to the card and continues the theme of the card and each card also includes a protective sheet of paper that you can place between the embellished front of the card and the envelope to protect it during mailing.Because of the thickness these cards may require extra postage, but that far outweighs the fact that they are high quality, hand-made looking cards.
So for less than $0.38 a card for something that looks like it costs $5.00+ and took hours of your time, you can have a great assortment of cards on hand, which is even more important if you have a birthday sneak up on you, you can give a card at the last minute without going to the store and sorting through all the cards there.
These sound like a more reasonable amount of money for cards. They are SO expensive, usually. And if you approve the selection, since you prefer handmade, they must be pretty good. Thanks!

Hallmark cards for less than $.38 cents each? Thats an amazing deal. I did not know hallmark made boxed set and they sound so pretty.

I would like to make my own cards. I think those packs would be an ideal way to start.
It is so nice to be able to make your own cards. I just do not have the time to do it myself, but I have in the past. This does seem like an easy way to do it. Thanks for sharing this information.
