Honda 2600 Excell Powerwasher
By Tina Lehman onLast fall my husband went to rent a powerwasher to rid our siding of mold, but came back the proud owner of the Honda Excell 2600.He thought it would be a good investment, and although I was skeptical at first, now I agree.
We use this powerwasher a lot.Last weekend my husband washed his tractor, all our lawnchairs, and our kids' wading pool that had been sitting out all winter. There is a hose that you can put into a container full of detergent and it will spray soap out. After letting it sit for a few minutes, simply remove the hose from the detergent container and clean water will rinse off whatever you're washing. No scrubbing is necessary, which is a big bonus for me.
For the people out there who want the details, this unit has a 5 HP engine and sprays 2.5 gallons per minute which produces a 2600 psi stream. All that to say, it has a very powerful stream and can knock the grime off of anything.
This unit comes with about 100 feet ofhose, and a wand that has three possible spray angles. It is gas-powered (which makes it very portable) and a bit loud.
If you are in the market for a powerwasher, this unit made by Honda is a good bet for the price.

I like that you can add soap to get a soapy stream of water, then switch to clear water for a rinse. A bit pricey, but it sounds like you've gotten good use out of it.
I chuckled when you listed all the things your husband power washed! My husband does EVERYTHING with our power washer! Just get out of his way!!
Your husband sounds alot like my ex. That was exactly how he ended up owning a pressure washer too.
My husband loves to use the pressure washer too! When he starts washing something he will keep looking for things that need, or he thinks, need to be clean! LOL
I used to have a small power washer, nothing like what you described! It sounds like you do get a lot of use out of it!
Sounds pretty hefty. I don't think we need this, but sounds like you found lots of ways to use it.
From the pictures, it sure looks like a very sturdy machine there, thanks for sharing the pressure washer info.
OOH WEE-that is what I call a power washer!!! You have definitely found all kinds of wonderful uses for it so spent your money wisely!
A power washer sounds like something we could use around here!
This sounds like a very nice power washer. Thanks for the great information.
