Honeywell HAC-504 Replacement Filter

The HAC-504 replacement filter removes minerals and pollutants from the water. The ProTec antimicrombial treatment prevents growth of mold,fungus, algae, and bateria on the filter. Materialthat the filter is made from, is reinforced for maximum use. Also with a dry lift handle it keeps your hands dry and clean when changing the filter. You should change the filter about every two months, or at least once every season depending on useage. You might want to check often, if you have hard water. Poor water quality can cause odor and build up on the filter and it should be changed. Filter color is natural and will vary according to water quality. If performance starts to lessen then change the filter. This filter can be used on the HCM1000 series, HMC 2000 series,HCM 500 series, and the Enviracaire ECM 250i.

We have the Honeywell Humidifier and this filter does very well with our water type. We change about once a season and have found to work great. We recommend using the products made for Honeywell Humifiers for long lasting use.
