Hoodia XR is 100% pure Hoodia Gordoni, and comes in 1000mg. The tablets are rather large and have a taste. Daily value has not been established.

Don't try Hoodia Xr- its just another product that doesn't work. You take 1 tablet 3 times aday. Make sure you drink water with it. I did use the bathroom more each day. A sensible diet and exercise programs is recommened with this product.

The cost is high and I would rather go back to weight watchers. At least there, you have some support and a structured program.
