I recently purchased a Hoover Mach 5. This has not been a good purchase for me. Within the first month this vaccum started making a loud and awful noise. I ordered all new belts for it. I was very upset when I went to purchase the belts, they were not sold in the store I bought the vaccum from. I had to purchase them online from Hoover. I probably ended up paying double what the belt was worth because of shipping. I replaced all the belts and the noise has not stopped. I like to believe I purchased a lemon. I have never had any problems with my other Hoover products except for this one. Other than the loud noise that it makes it works well. It comes with lots of useful attachments and picks up great.
