I got this Hoover Steam Vac as a gift. I wanted to own a carpet cleaner because I was tired of renting one at the store every time I wanted to clean my carpets. This is a trusted name and I like Hoover products. This is so easy to use. You simply fill the water tank to the level and add the carpet cleaner solution to the tank. It does a great job of cleaning, you will see an instant difference in the cleaned area. I also like the fact that it pulls most of the moisture out of the carpet after it cleans an area. I don't like to have a wet carpet after cleaning. It is very easy to clean up after you finish too. There is a separate tank for the dirty water that unhooks and empties. The sponge filter inside is easily cleaned also. I would highly recommend this Steam Vac to anyone looking to own their own carpet cleaning machine.
