This one sounds like a great machine. I know that it's supposed to be better for your knees but it hurts my knees to use an eliptical. If I am reading correctly you say this one is like a cross country stride instead of the pumping style I have. This might be a good one for me to check out.
I'm still not understanding exactly what an elliptical machine is. It seems as if it is almost a non weight bearing form of treadmill?
