Horizon Series E95 Elliptical By Olin Froid on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
The Horizon Series E95 Elliptical Cross trainer is an elliptical that is available currently on the market as a moderate to high end priced elliptical. The machine is easy to assemble, it only took us about an hour out of the box to put together with minimal confusion. The setup and use was the easy part, the machine has easy push button controls to adjust the resistance, time length and difficulty overall. But the problem and reason for a lower rating for this machine is its reliability. The Horizon E95 has difficulty not falling apart. We have had a new flywheel, 3 bolts break and the leg part on the right break also. We had the company repair man come out and tell us that this model is notorious for defaults-he has fixed quite a few just in the area. So from my experience, this machine is not quite worth the price to trust that you won't also have to call the repair man.

Thanks for the info! Ellipticals are too expensive to end up with a bad one. I'm glad you wrote this to warn people about this one.
What a royal pain. The whole point of having a machine at home is that you can use it when you want to, but you sure can't if it's broken!
That's a high price tag on a machine that keeps breaking - what a bummer.
For the price you paid, you should have received a much better product. That is ridiculous how many repairs you have had to contend with.
Wow. I appreciate the info. I'm shopping around right now and its alway good to know what to avoid!
This is so expensive. Sorry you had a bad experience with this product. This review is a good warning for other consumers.
