The HorizonPlus Pre-paid credit card is a great card for people who don't want to have a credit card and also for people who have bad credit. This card is $30 to get wich isn't all that bad if you ask me. The monthly payment is roughly $2.50. The fee to load the card is $3.95 each time you put money on the card. I mainly use this crad to pay for my online games a month and to do online shopping.
This credit card is accepted pretty much everywhere a normal credit card is accepted. The only problem I have with this card at this time is that you can only load it at a Easy Home store. You don't get any rewards for using the card wich is fine by me but for some people I could see it being a problem. You also don't get anything for signing up. Over all this card isn't bad though.

I myself dont have bad credit, however i do know of some people that do. I was wondering, Does this card help to improve there bad credit?
This card doesn't help improve credit wich is a major down fall to the card.
But I like it because I prefer debit purchases, and truly don't like credit cards. But.. they are a necessary evil. But with this one, it is an evil I CONTROL. This is an idea whose time has come.
I would see this as a great card to use for online purchases and not worry about information getting stolen and my card used as I would keep a minimum amount on there. Thanks for sharing!
