Horton Hears a Who is directed by Jimmy Hayward (Finding Nemo) and Steve Martino. This movie is based on the book Horton Hears a Who by Dr. Seuss. Horton Hears a Who is an animated movie and features the voices of Jim Carrey, Steve Carell, Carol Burnett and Seth Rogen.

This is the story of an elephant named Horton who one day discovers that a small speck of dust that sits on top of a small flower is actually inhabited by the residents of a town called Whoville. He promises them that he will find a safe place for them to live without being disturbed. Unfortunately, for Horton everyone thinks he is being ridiculous and they decide to stop him one way or another.

This is a wonderful movie that does a great job of bringing Dr. Seuss's book Horton Hears a Who to life. The actors and actresses did a terrific job with the voices.

I think people of all ages will enjoy this movie especially children. I think children will love the way that it retains a lot of the rhyme found in Dr. Seuss's books. I think everyone will love the humor in this story.

This movie is rated G and can be shown to ages 4 years old and up.
