When my father-in-law came to visit for Thanksgiving last year he told us a story of him and his siblings and this race track they had. He said the quality was so much nicer than the ones my kids were playing with. While my wife and I were out doing Christmas shopping we came across a rerelease of the Sizzler race track he was talking about. We bought it for him.

The whole family had so much fun on Christmas. It just goes in an O shape. It does come with one car and one charger. We had bought him an extra car so the racing was on. The adults loved it just as much as the grandkids did.

He did notice that there was no lap counter on this version like there had been on the old one. You have to keep track to see if a car gets lapped.

I think this is a fun toy for $30 that most families will enjoy.
