How the Grinch Stole Christmas, starring Jim Carrey as the Grinch, is a live remake of the classic cartoon they play every Christmas on television. I like this movie a lot more than the cartoon, which I rarely watch. This movie is just filled with beautiful Christmas scenery that makes it a joy to watch. It makes it feel like it is Christmas time and draws me into the Christmas spirit. Although, I don't really care for any Jim Carrey movies, in this one, he does a really good job in portraying the Grinch. The DVD doesn't really come with many extras unless you get the 2 disc special edition. The main things are the movie and the deleted scenes. I'd recommend checking out this DVD. It would make a great addition to any Christmas collection of DVDs.
