How to Win Friends and Influence People
By Doraemon onHow to win friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie is one of the best books about human relations ever written. It includes stories about the most famous people of all time such as Andrew Carnegie, Charles Schwabb, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Benjamin Franklin and Al Capone. It tells us how people throughout history displayed actions and attitudes that helped or hindered in the cause of human relations.
The book teaches the following principles. I wouldonly include nine of them.
Principle 1: Don't criticize, condemn or complain.
Principle 2: Give honest sincere appreciation.
Principle 3: Arouse in the other person an eager want.
Principle 4: Become genuinely interested in other people.
Principle 5: Smile.
Principle 6: Remember that the person's name is the sweetest and most important sound in any language.
Principle 7: Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.
Principle 8: Talk in terms of the other person's interests.
Principle 9: Make the other person feel important and do it sincerely.
I thoroughly love this book. As a person who was shy during his childhood, it has helped me in dealing with people from family to friends to clients to peers. I recommend this to anybody as it would help foster and develop relationships with other people. It would also make life easier for you as people would be your allies and not adversaries. After all no man is an island and no man stands alone. We all need each other.

Some very good info here, thanks for letting us know about this book, sounds like a good one to read.
I looking to purchase this book whenever available at a bookfair.
I have the same book but I felt that staphnie 's 7 habits of highly effective people is much practical than this book though I liked the both ones.
