The HP4315 All-In-One is great for a beginner like me. While I confess it took me a while to set it up even with the instruction manual, I must say overall I am pleased. The color printer, scanner, copier and fax features a 20-page capacity auto-document feed for unattended copying and faxing. While I would not recommend the HP 4315 for office use it is a nice addition to my home and it is very kid friendly. When I make copies they always come out clear and faxing is a breeze. It took me a while to figure out the scanning feature, but once I did I was satisfied with the results. I do get the occasional paper jam but for at this price I would definitely recommend giving this all-in-one printer a try.
