Hp A826 Printer By Rae777 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

HP A826 Printer is Hewlett-Packard's attempt at getting their share of the scrapbooking consumers who are looking for just the right printer for their needs and it is actually a good attempt.

This is a small unusual shaped printer. It is a printer that prints only photographs. What makes it handy is its features:

-7 inch touchscreen or you can use the stylus which is a plastic shaped pencil that is use to touch the screen with to make one's selection.

-You can watch your pictures as a slide show, you can write or draw on the pictures, or you can do some editing to the pictures such as cropping or removing red eye

-this printer reads a flash drive or with a cable, generally not included, hooked to a computer to access any pictures on the computer

-it has about 200 albums, frames, graphics and such to use for scrapbooking.

-prints a picture in about 30 seconds

-these pictures dry almost instantly and are not supposed to fade as years go by

-the pictures have been pretty nice looking.

The only bad thing about this printer is the fact that it's still fairly pricey after being on the market for a while. It costs around $ 165 to $200 depending on where you buy it which is surprising considering you can probably do all of this with a good photo program. Look around the Internet for good deals.

This is a fun little printer. You can actually bring up a picture and put a frame around it or write a name on it or draw a picture on the picture. There seems to be no end to what you can do with pictures and this printer. This printer makes printing pictures easy and fun and I think that is why people buy it.
