This printer is fast. hold a lot of paper. it has only gotten a paper jam 2 times since i purchaseed which was about 5 months ago. the one thing that I do not like about the printer is the fact that it prints only in black ink. i only apent about $150.00 on the printer but i was not aware about the printing only in black. I decided to keep it only because it was nice and fast and there really isn't anything wrong with it other then the fact that it does not print in black. The quality of the print is very good. the speed once i hit the print button 2 seconds later the paper is coming out. as a result i would say that the reliability, speed and quality of the prints are great.
