I love my combo printer. I do mystery shopping as a hobby and most of them require you to scan and upload your receipt and some of the receipts are very light in ink color. This printer is very easy to learn. Within a minute or less I had sharpened the resolution and shadow depth and several other adjustments to make it to where the receipt was readable. On my old printer you could only do one adjustment at a time and it took forever. I was able to receive payment for my work because of my new printer and how easy it was to learn the operations it could perform. I also send some receipts by fax and this feature is also very easy to operate. I can program the fax #s that I use the most into the speed dial and sending a fax is as easy as pushing two buttons. The software that comes with the printer is easy to install and automatically checks to see if any updates are available whenever you log onto the internet, so if there are any issues or updates with your model the software will notify you and ask you what you would like to do about it. This is the best printer I've had so far.
