HP Photosmart C6180

I own a HP Photosmart C6180 All-in-One Printer,Fax,Scanner and Copier purchased through HP as a package. I really like the features of this unit. It is very well-built and heavy. I also like the looks. Love everything about it.....except....the paper tray.I can only get about7 pieces of paper in the tray. You have to make sure you get the paper in there exactly right or it won't print. Even though I have not that many sheets in the tray, many times the machine will shoot out blank pieces of paper instead of doing the print job. Other than that, I really like the All-in-One. I've also had trouble with the unit eating the paper.I just wish I could load the sheets differently so as to accomodate more sheetsand not have to align them so perfectly to get it to work. This is the one and only problem I have with the HP All-in-One....The Paper Tray. #1 the limited quantity of sheets of paper in the paper tray #2 the positioning of the sheets: which in turn gives you #1 repeated blank sheets of paper #2 eaten paperwhich results in a #1 headache! HP you need to work on the problem. But you know, it's just a machine and machines are supposed to give you headaches!
