HP Scanner

I purchased this scanner because I had slides of my daughters birth that I have never seen. The information on this scanner said it could scan slides and negatives. Although it was kind of high in price I have always been a fan of HP. It did excatley what I had hoped it would do. The slides came out really clear and I was able to print them out. The only downside to this scanner is the time it takes to scan. I was a little disappointed at the amount of time it takes to scan one picture even at a low resolution, but on the upside the quality is great. This scanner even restores the color from older pictures that have faded. It doesa great job on black and white photo's and sepia photo's. I am really glad that I paid the extra money for this scanner, as you know pictures are worth a thousand words and they speak a lot louder when the pictures are clear
