I recently purchased a home. I got an FHA loan and everything went smoothe. I wasn't ver familiar with the process of buying a home but the people at H&S Title were very helpful.

H&S Title did the title work on my new house. They were very promt, professional, and very informative. They kept us up to date on everything. It took us less then a week once we got to the point of filing the title. We were due a refund of $450 for permits that had been figured into the loan but paid out of pocket. We closed late on a Wednesday evening and received our check that Saturday.

H&S Title was great to work with! They really know what they are doing when it comes to the most crucial part; closing the loan. They were extremely fast and accurate. I would strongly recommend H&S Title company for all your home loan needs!
