Huge Plants, Fast. Also Good For Rooting. By Unctgem on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I use the soil form of Miracle Grow. Has all the fertilizer mixed in with the loam. I have been using it for years with my houseplants, as well as in the garden and will swear by it (as have many others). I find it to be one of the best out there. I have tried others, only to have my plants die from the bugs that had laid eggs in the soil. I don't know how Miracle Grow does it, but I have yet to have an infestation from their stuff.

I brought home a plant that someone threw out in the dump one day. It was just a bunch of twigs wtih a lone flower and leaf on it that was still green. I don't remember the kind of plant it was, but it was one that I had always wanted, but couldn't afford. I repotted it in Miracle Grow soil and a few DAYS later, the leaves started coming through. I have also used the soil to root cuttings of other plants.

Miracle Grow is some good stuff! The potting soil is great to start or transplanting... It is even good when planing things outdoors to use as a mix in with a good dark soil to improve the ground soil in the growing area.
