Hurley's Arkaba Hotel

I have been staying at Hurley's Arkaba Hotel quite frequently before when I wasn't staying in Adelaide. It's a multi-award winning hotel located just 5 mins from the city with facilities like bus-stops just right outside the hotel. The hotel also has a bottle shop, a Sport's Bar, a tavern, and a huge function room as well as two seminar rooms if I'm not wrong.
Their staff are generally pretty friendly and all is good except it can be a bit dirty, such as you can find stains on the comforter, couch and curtains. There is also no internet access which could potentially be a problem for businessmen.
Some of their channels on TV also do not work.
However, if you do not mind all that, I highly recommend you to stay there as it is not as expensive for the quality it provides. Food is good too!
