I am not technically minded at all, and mp3 players always scared me. But when i got this iPod, i found that everything was so easy. Download times were quick, and the layout of the iPod was good. The clickwheel was sooo easy to use. So, since i bought this, i went from being completely useless with technology, to looking like i am a pro!!! Strongly recommended to all. G
